About the Accande Terrie Ornindo (ATO)
The Accande Terrie Ornindo (ATO) is an international organization of micronations dedicated to the advancement of peace, recognition, diplomacy, and cooperation within the global micronational community. Established in 2020 and formally re-established in 2026 under its renewed constitutional Charter, the Organization has evolved into a structured and institutionally grounded body committed to fostering stability and legitimacy among its Members.
Recognized as Asia’s Largest InterMicronational Organization, the ATO serves as a central platform where micronations may engage in formal diplomacy, pursue international recognition, and collaborate in addressing shared challenges and opportunities. The Organization operates under a comprehensive system of governance, guided by its Charter, which establishes its principal organs: the General Assembly, Secretariat, Security Council, Council of Peace and Diplomacy, Treaty Council, and International Court.
The headquarters of the ATO is situated in Legue City, Balzi, serving as the administrative and diplomatic center of its operations. From this seat, the Organization coordinates its activities, maintains official records, and facilitates communication among its Member States.
At its core, the Accande Terrie Ornindo is founded upon enduring principles of sovereign equality, mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and institutional cooperation. It seeks to unify micronations within a professional and orderly framework, encouraging responsible governance and meaningful participation in the international micronational sphere.
Invitation to Micronations and Staff Participation
In light of its renewal and strengthened foundation, the Accande Terrie Ornindo (ATO) hereby extends a formal invitation to micronations across the world to seek recognition and membership within the Organization.
Micronations that uphold the values of peace, legitimacy, cooperation, and diplomacy, and that maintain a genuine system of governance and identity, are encouraged to apply. Through membership, nations are afforded the opportunity to:
Obtain formal recognition within an international micronational framework
Participate in diplomatic discussions and decision-making processes
Engage in treaties, agreements, and cooperative initiatives
Access institutional support and structured governance systems
Contribute to the development of a stable and progressive global micronational community
Recruitment of Officials and National Participation
In addition to membership, the Accande Terrie Ornindo also formally opens recruitment for officials, representatives, and staff from all recognized and applicant micronations.
Each Member State is encouraged to appoint or nominate individuals to serve within the various organs of the Organization, allowing nations to actively participate in governance, diplomacy, and institutional development.
Available opportunities include, but are not limited to:
Diplomatic Roles (Ambassadors, Delegates, Envoys)
Administrative Positions (Secretariat Staff, Officers, Coordinators)
Legal and Judicial Roles (Court Officers, Legal Advisors)
Security and Peace Roles (Council Officers, Analysts, Mediators)
Technical and Media Positions (IT Staff, Communications, Documentation)
Through this system, individuals may serve on behalf of their respective micronations, contributing their expertise and representing their country within an international institutional framework.
Participation in the ATO provides:
